1. Overview

     Hot water system is widely applied in hotels, factories, hospitals, baths and other occasions. That hot water is heated by steam-water exchanger. For a long time, people widely adopt the reserved heater (shell and tube heat exchanger mainly), which occupies too much, and it is hard to control the temperature as heating rate is too slow. Therefore, this type of heaters carried with these disadvantages: much energy consumption, much space requirement, complex structure, easy furring, and low thermal efficiency. We company developed BFD series of floating coil heat exchanger adopts the latest heat exchanger components. It owns smaller size comparing with spiral plate type. Meanwhile the thermal efficiency has been improved by 20% and the heat exchange rate has reached up to 99%.In addition, it can automatically remove furring brittle. It has gradually replaced national standard types, especially steam-water heat exchanger.
Two. Type description

  BFD series floating coil heat exchanger including three types: half-hot, vertical-volume and horizontal-volume.  BFDB half-hot floating coil heat exchanger consists of bearing,shell,heat exchange coils and several of interfaces.We made the core components heat exchange coils with red copper and advanced production technology to form the double-helix structure.Heat exchanger coil and main pipe(inlet and outlet of thermal media)using threaded fasteners to facilitate the demolition and maintenance.There are flow baffle and mixed flow assembly inside.

  When it working,the water need to be heated flow into the heat exchanger,and the heat media(steam,hot water,etc.)flow into the floating coil.The heat media first flow into the main pipe and then evenly flow into each floating coil.Due to the small area,the heat media flow with high speed,enable the coil to emerge low amplitude and high frequency vibration,which disrupts laminar flow heat conduction layers between heat exchanging tube and liquid to strengthen the convective heat transfer.Meanwhile the water need to be heated will be heated through the floating coil successively.Then the water after heated flows out from the coil evenly under the control of floating baffle and mixed floating assembly.

  With the high frequency vibration,the scale is hard to formed on the floating coil wall,although part of them has been formed will be fell off easily.As the heat shrink difference between red copper and scale,it is viable to clean the scale in charge of the thermal shock.

  The material of the shell is carbon steel or stainless steel,floating coil is red copper.We can customise products according to different requirements for the material,heat exchange area and operating pressure.

  It owns outstanding advantages as adopting new structure comparing with tranditional type:

  1.High coefficient of heat transfer

  With the unique high frequency of vibration disrupting the regular heat transfer layers,the coefficient of heat transfer has been increased in a large extent.The coefficient has reached up to 2600-4000W/m2.℃(stream-water heat exchange)and 1800-3000 W/m2.℃(water-water heat exchanger).

  2.Anti-scale,removing scale

  With the high frequency vibration,the scale is hard to be formed on the floating coil wall.Although part of them has been formed will be fall off easily under the heating effect which caused by the heat shrink difference between red copper and scale.

  3.Energy saving

  Due to the high coefficient of heat transfer,making it easier for heat transfer.The outlet heat media owns lower temperature which means making full use of energy.It reduces energy consumption,and makes full use low-temperature heat.

  4.Less head loss

  As the large shell space,the fluid loss is less than 3KPa resistance.Coil heat exchangers consist of a number of parallel coils with less than 10KPa resistance loss.

  5.Easy for installation

  We strict to comply with national norms of manufacturing,with heat transfer floating coil can be removed for maintenance,and only be fixed on the basis with bolts.
