The pipe bundle heat exchanger is composed of shell,pipe bundle,hydraulic barrier and head.Fluid flowing in tube is called tube pass and out the tube is called shell pass.The wall of pipe bundle is called heat-tranfer surface.Amount of hydraulic barriers perperdicular to pipe bundles are installed in the shell.The hydraulic barriers could not only prevent the fluid being cutting out to speed water flowing but could also crow flow the fluid repeatedly through the pipe bundle to enhance turbulent degree.
