1. Overview

  High efficiency corrugated tube heat exchanger belongs to a new generation which developed from traditional one.It occupies less and high coefficient of heat transfer.Meanwhile it has anti-scale and descaling advantages.It is widely applied in various occasions of heat exchanging which uses steam or hot water.

Structure and feature:

1.  High efficiency of heat exchanging: The heat exchanging tube adopts stainless steel or red copper to transfer thermal .The flowing media produces turbulence among water and accelerate heat transfer speed.

2.  Small size, light weight and low cost: It need less size and low cost under the same requirement as higher coefficient of heat transfer.

3.  Anti-scale and descaling: The turbulent flow of media prevents scale to form and the difference ratio of expand with heat and contract with cold between corrugated tube and scale make scale fall off easily.

4.  A long lifespan ,less maintenance: The heat exchanging tube become strengthen to bear more pressure as work hardening after suppress procedure .The corrugated tube is hard to cracked with good extensibility .

5.  Energy saving: The thermal transfer is easy to run as the high coefficient of heat transfer .It has made full use of thermal. Low outlet temperature of hot media stands that the lower temperature of energy are used instead of waste.

6.  Less head loss: The shell side is large volume, loss of resistance is less than 3KPa.The tube pass is formed with multiple connection of several heat exchanging coil, then loss of resistance is less than 10KPa.

7.  Easy to install and maintain: Strict to comply with national criterion .The heat exchanging coils can be removed to maintain and fixed on base with foundation bolts.
